One cause of insomnia is stress. stress is bad for us, and insomnia is bad too. It is important to sleep. we need about 7 hours of sleep. If you sleep 7 hours, your life span is long, but If you don't sleep 7 hours, your life span is short. I sleep about 4 hours everyday, so my life span is short? I’m scary:( I need more sleep, and you should more sleep!!!!!
